Every Teen Mom fan knows Jenelle’s CPS case between her husband and son. However, it has ended now as the CPS has decided to drop the charges. Additionally, Jenelle also got Jace’s custody back, much to the fans’ surprise.
While the case was going on, fans criticized the star for taking her husband’s side. But there was another big surprise as one person had even defended David’s actions?! They explained how he was trying to help Jace rather than harm.
Teen Mom: Someone Defends David’s Actions Against Jace!
When Jace ran away from home a third time, the cops found him. However, they also found some marks on his neck and body that were signs of abuse. Upon further investigation, evidence indicated that Teen Mom star Jenelle’s husband, David, was Jace’s abuser. Since then, CPS launched a case against David, and Jace went into CPS custody.
However, the case has ended now, and Jace is back in Jenelle’s custody. Surprisingly, however, one person was defending David in the case. They posted their ‘defense’ on Reddit. And calling it ‘weird’ would be an understatement. But they did give a big explanation.
The person explained on Reddit that at the time the ‘abuse’ occurred, Jace was having an episode. During the episode, Jace becomes a deadweight, so David has to help him. Usually, Barbara was the one to pick Jace up in such situations. But this time, only David was around. So he had to lift Jace up physically, so he put the 14-year-old in the car.
Fans were quick to call bullshit on the story. One fan compared it to a “mama cat” carrying her “kitten,” sarcastically asking the people to stop overreacting. Another fan believed marks on Jace’s neck were proof of David’s love for him. Some fans were angry at the weird theory. They wanted to know who wrote it, suspecting it was either Teen Mom star Jenelle or David’s sister April. Someone told the family to stop pretending everything was okay, as David’s charges were now a felony.

Fans were worried about how Jace would be adjusting to life with Jenelle. The Teen Mom star recently got her son’s custody as fans thought that the teenager might not like it. But that might not be the case. If Jenelle’s latest video is any indication, her son is content with how things are for now.
Jenelle took to TikTok to post a video of Jace. In it, Jace was in his mom’s house and was playing with his brother Kaiser. The teen had long hair and covered it with a backward baseball cap. Jenelle told fans she was “Cherishing every moment” in the caption.
The fans were glad Jace was happy and satisfied. They were “happy” he was back home and safe. Many could also see how happy Kaiser was to have his brother back home with him.
