Teen Mom alum David Eason recently landed in hot water in a court hearing. The court found him guilty of two main issues: trespassing and violating Jenelle’s protective order. He appeared in court to fight against his ex-wife, Jenelle Evans. They are both having difficult times due to their legal battles over divorce and custody.
Jenelle has accused David of multiple things. At first, she made the court hold him accountable for carrying child-exploitative items with him. Based on the leaked audio from the court session, she blamed him for having memory cards containing abusive content. Last month, David was arrested for violating a domestic violence restraining order. Keep reading to know what new charges he has on him!
Teen Mom: David Is Released After Posting A $1,000 Bail!
Reality TV star David Eason found himself in prison after he violated Jenelle Evans’ restraining order. The cops arrested him on Friday, November 8. However, he was released on Sunday after posting a $1,000 bail. According to TheAshley, the court documents stated that the arrest happened due to his attempt to trespass.
David allegedly attempted to steal expensive items like tools and vehicles from his ex-wife’s property, The Land, in October. He and his girlfriend, Kenleigh Heatwole, broke into the property through the gate and removed a security camera when Jenelle was away from home. The court had only granted Jenelle access to the property in a previous court hearing. When she found out what took place in her absence, she had the police take David into custody.
Teen Mom: David Is Instructed To Wear An Ankle Monitor!
MTV’s controversial star David Eason returned to court on Tuesday, December 10, and caused financial strain for Jenelle Evans. The court addressed criminal charges filed against him last month. All the charges originated from his attempt to steal motorbikes and other items from Jenelle’s The Land. During the session, the court extended the protective order issued in May for another two years.
Both Jenelle and David appeared in court for the hearing. As Jenelle lives in Las Vegas, she had to purchase a flight ticket to North Carolina. However, she wasted both her money and time on the hearing since there wasn’t an outcome. David came to court without legal representation. Despite qualifying for a public defender, he attended the proceedings without an attorney.
During the divorce hearing last month, David promised to hire a lawyer for the case. But he has not done so yet because of bankruptcy. Based on a financial declaration in August, he claimed to be bankrupt due to pending court cases. He also said he currently lives in poverty as he is unable to pay for basic things.
The court held him responsible for violating a restraining order and trespassing. It also sentenced him to wear an ankle monitor, asking him to wear it before arriving in the courtroom for the case hearings. For all the latest reality TV updates, keep coming back to TV Season & Spoilers.
