Teen Mom couple Jenelle Evans and David Eason have currently been the talk of the town. They have recently hogged the spotlight after her eldest child, Jace, ran away from their home for the third time. This was not it, as the teenager claimed his mother’s husband had assaulted him.
David is, thus, the target of a criminal investigation after CPS inquired about Jace’s allegations and found visible marks on his body. This has made things even more difficult for Eason.
Teen Mom: David Eason Likely To Face Criminal Charges!
Teen Mom alum Jenelle Evans’ eldest kid, Jace, running away from her home for the third time in a month, was not taken lightly. The Child Protective Services, besides several other agencies, are currently looking deeper into the case.
A law enforcement source recently disclosed to TheSun that Evans and Eason are part of a criminal investigation after the assault allegations. Many sources have reported that CPS and the Columbus County Sheriff’s Department have been involved in the investigation since the alleged assault by David.
For now, Jenelle, her fourteen-year-old son, is in the custody of CPS. Apparently, his grandmother, Barbara, has been caring for him since he came out of the hospital on Tuesday, 10 October. Law enforcement working on the case besides CPS indicates big troubles hovering over David’s head.
Well, Jenelle and David have not yet said anything about their involvement until recently when the law enforcement source declared it to be “an ongoing criminal investigation.” However, it has already been hinted that former Teen Mom stars are the target of a criminal investigation. But the exact charges they might face are unclear.
Teen Mom: CPS Demands To Question Kaiser & Ensley!
Child Protective Services has widened its investigation after Wednesday, October 11 court hearing. During the end of the hearing, the Teen Mom star Jenelle Evans was also scolded by a case worker. She was making it difficult for CPS to complete the required procedure on several occasions.
The judge, thus, ordered Jenelle to bring her nine-year-old, Kaiser, and six-year-old, Ensley, for questioning. They even demanded the investigation to take place in her absence and away from their home.
As per reports, during the hearing on Wednesday, the officials wanted to inquire more. They wanted to hear about any other abuse that might be going on with the rest of the minors in the home. The source also revealed that the judge took “the allegations of abuse against the other minors in the home very seriously.”
The judge is reportedly taking things seriously, making sure that others are not being assaulted back home. They are willing to know the exact ‘Whats’ and ‘Hows’ of Jace’s case besides knowing his desire. However, Jenelle and David repeatedly deny such incidents at their home, assuring that they are not involved.
