Teen Mom: Cory Shares Thoughts On Competing With Josh Martinez!
Teen Mom star Cory Wharton took himself to an interview in December 2024 with Gold Derby to discuss his clash with Josh Martinez. Teen Mom: Cory Is Grateful For His Surgery As Fans Send Him Encouraging Words!
Teen Mom star Cory Wharton took to his Instagram account to upload a photo of himself on a hospital gurney before his operation two days ago. In the post’s caption, he wished that his second surgery would be the last one for his knee. He informed fans that it’s gonna be the 3rd ACL surgery.
The first time Cory underwent surgery was in September 2024 because the doctors needed to remove the metal from his knee. The metal was disposed of due to his bone-lengthening surgery, which was done 9 years ago. It was an obstacle in placing a new ACL, so surgeons used his patella for a graft.
The doctors also secured Cory’s IT band to help with stability. While he acknowledged the long recovery process, he showed bravery in going through it. Additionally, he told his followers that he had injured himself during his competition with Josh. He ruptured his ACL by being on the unstable sand surface.
Amidst everything, Cory thanked everyone who had checked on him while fighting for his life. “Thanks to all who have prayed and reached out ❤️🙏🏽,” he wrote. He even extended his heartfelt support to those caught up in Southern California fires. Many fans appreciated him for the post as they wished him a safe surgery and speedy recovery.
