The former MTV couple, Cole and Chelsea, started their renovation business when they were on Teen Mom in their hometown Sioux Falls, South Dakota. The Down Home Fab series premiered in January and has already got a lot of ratings because of the couple’s chemistry. It has averaged a .65 live plus three-day rating among women ages 25-54. Surprisingly, all of this happened within the release of just the first three episodes! Cole and Chelsea’s show has made history as HGTV’s highest-rated freshman series since May 2022. Moreover, Down Home Fab’s new eight-episode season will premiere the following year, and the couple is already booked for it.
