Catelynn and Tyler had $454,900 as the original asking price. And when that did not work out, they reduced their asking price.
The Teen Mom pair reduced the home’s price from $454,900 to $449,900. Unfortunately, even this might not be attracting the buyers. The US Sun revealed the house is still on the listing, and Catelynn and Tyler have no interested buyers. It has been quite a while since they put the house on the market.
Catelynn and Tyler had originally got the house for $220,000 in May 2017. It has four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and more amenities like a jacuzzi, sunroom, etc. Great Lakes Sea Captain George W. Smith had built the house in 1869. It is on 15 acres of land.
Despite the huge price drop, the Teen Mom stars have no potential buyers for their property. The listing also shows no buyers. Maybe Catelynn and Tyler need to up their game if they really want to sell their former abode.

Catelynn’s new house has a main floor with a full bedroom, bathroom, and office. There is also a laundry room with counter space, a sitting room, a dining room, and a fireplace on the same floor. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet. It also has a private bathroom with a jacuzzi tub and a shower. There is also a kitchen with granite countertops, a pantry, a breakfast nook, and an island with bar seating.
The house is on six acres of land and also has a barn with space for barn animals, a cabin, and a pond. It has two more bedrooms and one more full bath. There’s a large family room and a second kitchen in the basement. Surprisingly, only Tyler has his name on the property deed. The pair will be living with their three daughters in the huge house.
