And just like every other celebrity, they also put a significant price on the property. However, things might not be going their way, as new reports state they had to lower the price.
Reports from TheSun claim that Catelynn and Tyler have reduced their original asking price to $449,900. This is significantly lower than the original $454,900 for the Octagon-shaped Croswell house. Although Smith built it in 1869, it has many modern updates to its historic beauty. The kitchen had hickory cabinets and quartz countertops. It also has a kitchen island and is full of stainless steel appliances.
The house is on a 15-acre land and even has a pool. Its living room has the original fireplace, and the master bedroom has a walk-in closet. According to the real estate listing, the house is on sale, but there are no pending offers. Tyler and Catelynn struggled to sell the house for a long time. The Teen Mom pair finally decided to lower the price from $454,900 to $449,900 in December 2022.

Tyler and Catelynn’s daughter Novalee recently celebrated her 9th birthday. Novalee’s mom, Catelynn, posted about the little girl’s birthday on Instagram. She had added photos from the birthday party.
In the first photo, little Novalee wore a red halter dress and posed with a hand on the hip. Catelynn had added a sweet caption wishing Novalee a happy birthday.
