Teen Mom star Bar Smith is starting his life’s second innings. A judge sentenced him to 6 months in jail for kidnapping his ex-wife, Ashley. He allegedly held her hostage in her own house and wanted to meet her new partner. Even when the police came, Bar was not ready to let her go. Bar wanted Ashley to take him to meet her new beau. The couple even filed for divorce, but that did not go through.
Bar Smith was arrested for kidnapping and hostage charges. He also had a few old charges that added to his sentence. According to a recent report, authorities released Bar from a California jail after transferring him following months in lockup in Las Vegas. Now that he is free, he still has to follow a lot of rules. He also can’t meet Ashley Jones, as he attacked her before his arrest. Ashley and Bar share a daughter, Holly.

Ashley Jones is ready to make sacrifices for her daughter Holly’s happiness. Ashley asked the District Attorney’s Office if Holly could meet Bar. Holly wanted to meet her father, and Ashley decided to help her. As per the office, Holly can video call Bar after dinner for a while.
Ashley added that she could have an opinion, but Holly wanted to meet Bar. She thinks he is not a danger to his daughter. Holly was happy and excited that she could finally meet her father. Ashley explained that she could have an opinion about Bar, but he is Holly’s father. Holly added, “And I’m also very grateful that you did it because if you didn’t, I wouldn’t be able to see him.”

According to TheSun, Bar was released from a California jail on Friday, March 14. Soon after, a few pictures went viral, and he looked a lot different in them. The Teen Mom star wore a black short-sleeved T-shirt with black trousers. He was standing in a parking area and looked directly at the lens. He had clearly put on weight. His eyes looked dull and gloomy.
Bar previously had a defined jawline, but now it looked less defined. He also had grown facial hair and a beard. He looked rugged. Teen Mom fans could clearly see the difference. In the caption, Bar added, “Threw on a lil 40 pounds, 200 coming soon though.” Bar’s fans were happy to see him back and pushed him to do better and be a better human being. A fan penned, “Bar!!!!!!! So happy for you.”
Another fan commented, “You had a lot of people rooting for you.” They further added, “Now get back together.” A clerk told The U.S. Sun that “He had a fugitive case out of California. They came to pick him up.” As per the court, Bar was relieved as he had officially served his sentence. Ashley has also filed for divorce and wants sole custody of their daughter, Holly.
