Still, he allegedly forced her to gulp down a pill to get her to be more zestful.
Portwood mentioned that his fiance knew about her daily struggle with addiction moving forward. She added the biggest red flag in her relationship was when Matt forced her hydrocodone in her mouth. While explaining how Matt forced her to take a pill, Amber moves forward to another revelation. The 31-year old reveals how her fiance would threaten her when in a fight. Matt would throw himself on the stairs and would try to emotionally manipulate the Teen Mom.
As per the claim, Matt once hit himself in the face and almost called the police to get Portwood arrested. After that, things got worse. The ex-fiance started hitting Amber frequently. He would constantly slap Amber on her face, even during basic arguments. Likewise, she avoided seeing her daughter, Leah, because she would have bruises on her face.
