However, a few days after the missing person reported on Gary Wayt, he himself responded to the authorities and was found. There have been no updates about this case. A few days ago, fans found out how Gary Wayt, i.e., her fiance, was missing. At first, viewers made fun of this until reports said the North Carolina cops were continuing this investigation. Surprisingly, without any hassle, the case is closed. Gary himself reported to the cops of his location.
As this case was so fishy, viewers have their theories now. They feel Amber may have faked her fiance going missing. During her appearance on the new Teen Mom episode, celebrating her daughter Leah’s birthday backfired. Apparently, Amber got so angry that she called her daughter a “d*ck.” She was receiving tons of hate for this.
Teen Mom audience believes that Amber may have created a distraction with Gary’s disappearance to protect her image. Considering all the problematic things she has done in the past, including physical abuse charges and going to prison, this seems believable. However, it’s still speculation as neither Amber, Gary nor the cops have shed light on this.

During this, she told everyone how serious this matter was; she was extremely worried, including her parents. There were rumors that Amber and Gary had a fight before he took off with his car and didn’t return.
Amber had first said no such thing had happened. She tried to convince people she was not a bad person anymore and had changed. But after cops located Gary, Teen Mom fans found out that he and Amber indeed had an argument before his disappearance. It was about her not being Vietnamese. So, her Youtube statement was clearly a lie.
