Back in the day, the Brown family used to live in Utah and were seemingly happy together. However, their problems began when they were on the verge of getting arrested. This is because polygamy was yet a crime in the state. Hence, they all had to run away from the state and decided to live in Las Vegas, eventually settling in Flagstaff, Arizona. It took years for the practice to be decriminalized in Utah. By the time, the family had already bought the expensive Coyote Pass property. Hence, nearly everyone decided to settle down once they build on the new land. But, Christine desires to go back to her hometown as most of her family members live in Utah, including some of her kids.
However, Robyn seemed to be against the move and was worried for Christine and her kids. In the recent episode, she talked about how her father was also in a polygamous marriage with his two wives. As a result, Robyn and her siblings were bullied as kids for having such a family. The Sister Wives star highlights that polygamy is still taboo in the state. So, Christine’s youngest daughter, Truely, might face bullying at her school if she moves to Utah. Many TLC viewers felt that Robyn claimed that Christine would risk her daughter’s future if she decided to move.

Robyn seems to have a reason for criticizing Christine’s move to Utah. However, fans think that the third wife made the right decision to leave Flagstaff. Since Christine won’t be in a plural marriage anymore, her daughter won’t have to face any stigma over polygamy. Besides, the mother-daughter duo is already in Utah and seems to be pretty happy in their new house. Christine has taken up Truely’s responsibility as a single mother now. Hence, fans trust her more than Robyn.
