Sister Wives star Meri Brown is determined to hold Kody accountable. She, along with Janelle, has been fighting with Kody for several months. They want their share of the Coyote Pass property. Th duo even asked him to buy out their shares if he wanted to keep the plot. Kody shared that he does not have the money. Kody further said that he would not divide the property equally.
He claimed that Meri has one kid, so she doesn’t need the money. Janelle, Christine, and Robyn have more kids, so they need more money. Meri lashed out at him and said that she paid for the property, so she deserved an equal share. Later, Kody even stated that he paid for the plot. Janelle had to dig out files that proved that Kody had paid for the plot from their family account. The fight gets even more intense as Meri decides to take the legal route.
Sister Wives: Meri Has Started The Renovation Work In Her Inn
Meri is very sentimental about her Inn business. They have closed it since last August. She revealed it required renovation work. However, there was no development. Finally, Meri shared a story about updating fans. She has assigned people to renovate the place.
In her Instagram story, Meri revealed a few photos of the renovation process. The interiors featured a painted wall and a wooden drawer cabinet. The Sister Wives star further added, “Things are finally happening around here.” In a way, Meri announced that the renovation work had started again. Meri has also taken a loan for the work.
Sister Wives: Meri Informs Janelle That She Will Call Lawyers On Kody
Meri Brown is all set to declare war. She wants to hire lawyers due to the ongoing dispute regarding her share of Coyote Pass. Sister Wives is coming back on April 20, 2025. In its first promo, Meri and Janelle stand at the corner of the Coyote Pass property. Janelle feels frustrated over the situation and says, “As long as that property remains a source of contention, I can’t fully move on.”
Meri also feels irritated. She tells her former Sister Wife, Janelle, that she is mad about the situation. She adds, “I’m gonna have to get some lawyers involved.” Talking to the camera, she added that there were a few things she would fight for. The property is one of them. On the other hand, Kody exclaimed, “I’m not trying to rip you off, Meri.”
Meri is also finally spewing hate against Robyn. She highlighted that Robyn was never her real friend. She was manipulative and a liar. Robyn, on the other hand, said, “I always had Meri’s back.” She further added, “Even when people were plotting against her, ignoring her.” However, Meri is done with Robyn. She has lost interest in her stories.
Earlier, Janelle asked Meri to get a lawyer as they felt like Kody was cheating on them. Kody hired a real estate agent but has no interest in selling the property. The duo has now ganged up against him and are determined to sell off their share. Christine also had a share of the land, but she sold it back to Kody in August 2022 following their separation.
