Madison Brush is a full-time mother of three beautiful babies, Axel, Evie, and Josephine. The family had undergone a tough time when they realized their middle child, Evie, had a rare genetic disease caused by “congenital limb formation.” So, due to this, she had to get her arm amputated and wears a prosthetic in one of her legs. But Maddie provided a wholesome update about her brave daughter in a new post. While talking about the syndrome, she said that it is called Fibular Aplasia- Tibial campomelic- Olygidactly or FATCO. The Sister Wives castmate learned “Hecht Scott Syndrome” is its other name.
Janelle Brown’s daughter, Madison, further said that this syndrome results in “shortened legs” or missing digits in hands and feet and sometimes shortening of arms. Hence, it has affected one of Evie’s limbs, while the other three work fine. The post took an emotional turn when Madison said that her three-year-old has begun to recognize that she is a “little different.” But, it has never bothered her, and she remains completely “confident.” Maddie hoped that her daughter always stays that way. She vowed to continue showing, normalizing, and sharing her daughter’s journey on the platform.
Madison wants people on the internet not to stare at her daughter or someone who looks like her. Well, she also wants them not to hush their kids or ignore her because she is a bit different.
