Sister Wives stars Logan and Michelle love to spend time with their pets. They consider them as their own kids and are growing their pet family eventually. Recently, Petty took to her Facebook account and revealed that they have adopted a dog named Kirby.
She said that the latter is their “newest baby girl,” who is Labrador and Shiba Inu, accompanied by a Jindo mix as well. Michelle wrote a lengthy caption about how she fell in love with Kirby when she met her at an adoption event just a month before she lost her favorite Athena.
Michelle revealed that Kirby was with Riley (Hunter and Audrey’s pet) when they first met her. Initially, she didn’t think of adopting her because Athena wasn’t a huge fan of dogs. But recently, the couple got to know that the noted animal was still up for adoption. Hence, Michelle and Logan decided to adopt Kirby, who is a “well-behaved,” sweet,” and “loving” girl.
The former seemed to be really happy with her new pet. She admitted that she is “enjoying” learning more about her while she introduced her to the world. Moreover, Michelle felt that perhaps her family was the perfect fit for Kirby after all the experiences she had in the last seven months.

Michelle revealed that she adopted Athena when the latter was just 7. Since then, she has accompanied the couple. She recalled how their all-time favorite dog used to wake them up with kisses and laid her head on them. However, it is evident that Michelle and Logan haven’t forgotten her at all.
