Sister Wives: Christine’s Daughter Mykelti Reveals Her Thoughts On Polygamy!
Christine Brown was the first to walk away from her polygamous marriage in 2021. Her children supported her through the decision. Christine found her soulmate, David Woolley, and they exchanged vows in a fairytale wedding. Chrisitne’s daughters were equally excited to welcome their stepdad into the family.
The Sister Wives viewers are witnessing Christine and David’s nuptials in the wedding special episodes. Recently, Mykelti Padron decided to share her views about polygamy in a recent episode. She said, “Honestly, in Las Vegas, my opinion about polygamy started to really shift.”
Christine’s daughter expressed how the last year had been incredible for her mom, and she got everything she deserved. Further, Mykelti added, “So it’s an obvious tell that something was wrong from the beginning if it’s so perfect now.” She now believes that polygamy is a terrible idea despite the blessing of being raised in a big family that she was.
Mykelti also expressed her love for all her siblings and parents. But She felt that it wasn’t fair to her parents, and none of them got what they needed out of a marriage. Moreover, Christine’s daughter noted that she has been married for seven years only. But she knows what she deserves.
Hence, she felt, “I don’t think that polygamy is what anybody deserves. Honestly, that’s just my, that’s just me.” Mykelti’s sister Ysabel also agreed with her and stated that she never wanted to live in polygamy. However, she was grateful to have so many siblings and so many moms in a polygamous household. Further, the Sister Wives star kid added, “But I don’t think I’d want that for my kids.”

Kody Brown and his older children have become quite distant from each other. The former has been spending most of their time with Robyn’s children. Janelle’s son Gabriel stated that polygamy is a beautiful lifestyle only for those who desire it. He went ahead to note, “who believe in it and want everything that comes with it.” Meanwhile, Savannah expressed, “Personally, I don’t think I’d ever be able to make it work.” Further, Christine’s other daughters, Aspyn and Gwnedlyn, previously expressed that they had no interest in plural marriages.
