Sister Wives star Kody Brown didn’t make it to the guest list of Christine and David’s marriage. The latter’s wedding special’s part one recently aired, which had some glimpses of Kody as well. Though he wasn’t a part of his ex’s big day, he surely knew everything that was happening.
Kody talked about how he got to know about Christine’s wedding. He also added that he believes Truely would never ever call David her stepdad and seemed to be really sure about it! Why is Kody confident about this fact?
Sister Wives: Kody Says Truely Will Never Call David Her StepDad
Even though Christine Brown has parted ways with Kody, the latter still has an independent relationship with his youngest daughter, Truely. Several sources have confirmed that he still talks to the Sister Wives star kid, and they even meet whenever it’s feasible.
Amid all this, Christine ended up walking down the aisle and replacing him with David. But Kody is sure that Truely would never replace him. During a recent episode, the celeb explained that he believes that his daughter would never refer to David as her “stepdad.”
As per Kody, “I don’t think she’ll ever call him ‘Dad’ or ‘Stepdad’ or refer to him as Stepdad.” He explained that though Truely is the youngest one, she is old enough to understand everything that has been happening. However, the patriarch added a “maybe” at the end as he also was a bit dicey.
Kody then concluded that he wasn’t the one to decide how Truely would be referring David Woolley. He added, “I mean, this is all their choice, whatever they choose to do.”
But on the other hand, Kody would be in disbelief to know that his favorite daughter has already accepted David as her stepdad! During Christine’s wedding special, Mykelti admitted in front of her sisters that she now considers Woolley as her family and has taken him in. In fact, referring to him as Stepdad felt wrong to her.
Sister Wives: Christine Assures Truely That David Won’t Replace Kody Ever
Sister Wives star Christine Brown recently narrated the incident when she was about to move in with David. She recalled how she sat Truely down with her and asked if she was nervous about living with Woolley or not.
Truely admitted that she was a bit nervous, and so was Christine. However, the latter assured her that David doesn’t want to take Kody’s place in her life. The matriarch made it clear that no one would ever replace her father.
Moreover, viewers believe that David wouldn’t even consider adopting Truely. Instead, he will bond with her without any legal rights. Amid all this, it is evident that the star kid has also accepted Woolley in her life. She seemed to be comfortable, as it had been a while since she had been sharing a house with the couple.
Truely even seemed to be really excited about Christine and David’s wedding. She was the one who ended up walking down the latter’s rings down the aisle.
