Recently, Janelle took to Instagram and shared a snap of the same property. She might be passing by and decided to stop and take a picture from her car. Christine’s old house was covered in all snow. Moreover, Janelle revealed in the caption that it seems no one lives here during harsh winters. She further shared some snaps of snowy land.

The Sister Wives star Kody Brown was determined to get funds after Christine decided to sell her house. Intially, the mother of six announced the price to be $725,000. However, she struggled for a while and lowered it to $700,000. Fortunately, she was able to lock in a deal at the same price on October 8, 2021. Christine made it clear that she wasn’t sharing the funds from her house in Arizona. Instead, she announced that she didn’t want her share in the family property at Coyote Pass.
Christine sold her portion of the Coyote Pass property to her estranged husband for just $10. She never opened up about the actual reason why she did that. But the viewers predict that the reality star wanted to make things even. She didn’t give any funds from her Arizona house, so she didn’t even take anything from the family property.
