As per the previous updates, Garrison had purchased the property in 2021 at $329,000. It is spread accross 14,000 square feet. The place also has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms and includes 2 parking spots. Apart from this, the house has also undergone fresh paintwork, and has vinyl flooring and air conditioning.
The main level of the house includes a living room, pantry, kitchen, gas fireplace, and laundry. Meanwhile, the den can be converted into an office space. When it comes to the exterior, both the courtyard and the backyard are fenced. Sister Wives star Janelle is selling the place three years later, and its value has gone up by $96,000.
