Kody Brown and his four Sister Wives decided to buy some land when they first moved to Flagstaff, Arizona, in 2019. Their plan was to build homes there and live close to one another in different homes. This meant Robyn, Meri, Christine, and Janelle would each have a home of their own, including Kody. He would treat it like a guest house. But the family fallout happened.
Since then, there has been no updates about the Coyote pass land. It’s been many years since the family bought the land but no one made any efforts to get contruction going in the area. After seeing the family disintegration, Janelle has been worried about the future of the Coyote pass land so she tried to caution Meri about the situation! What did she say?
Sister Wives: Janelle Lawyers Up To Ensure Kody Doesn’t Wrong Her In Coyote Pass Land Dispute!
In the past Sister Wives seasons, Janelle was the only one who showed interest in building on Coyote Pass. She even took extreme measures like living in an RV to save up and start construction. But once she realized no one else was serious about a future on the empty lot, she had a breakdown. She considered herself naive for not thinking things through.
In the new epsidoes, Janelle told everyone she might lawyer up. That’s because she didn’t tie the knot with Kody legally, only spiritually. Due to this she fears she might not have any portion or control over the property. So, in order to ensure her rights and her share of the property are protected, she considered involving attorneys. She apparently also tried to caution Meri about the land dispute!
Sister Wives: Meri & Janelle To Team Up Against Kody To Protect Their Coyote Pass Portions?!
In the new Sister Wives episode, Janelle and Meri sat together to discuss the future of Coyote Pass. The former told the latter to “protect her interest” as far as she is “entitled to” and reminded the former first wife that a quarter of the lot belonged to her. Meri causally said that no protection was necessary as she didn’t think Kody and Robyn would crew them over.
Meri asked Janelle, “Don’t you think that we have each other’s backs?” Wondering if Kody and Robyn will ensure they are fair and just in this circumstance. Well, Janelle casually and bluntly said, “No.” They were supposed to pay off the land in a few months fully, so she wanted Meri to be careful about the possibility of the monogamous couple screwing them over.
At last, Meri asked Janelle if she had her back. To this, the ex second wife ensured the lone wolf that she would, “watch out for her.” She was ensuring if the Utah resident was aware what was going on. So, she ensured being there to confirm that what Meri was getting was “fair.” Janelle explained this during her confessional.
As per her, Meri’s name is in one piece that is in conjunction with Kody and Janelle. So, if the worst of the worst is to happen, she wouldn’t get her quarter of the land. But it was too soon to tell at that point. Keep an eye on TV Season & Spoilers for more news about Sister Wives.
