Moreover, he dropped hints that his mother might be engaged to her new beau now.
Intially, Paedon revealed that he believed Christine was “rushing” into her relationship with David. He further explained that as he is her son, he is a bit concerned about her well-being. However, after meeting Woolley, he realized that though he was a “wonderful” man, Paedon could never be really close to him. The 24 years old admitted that it wouldn’t make a difference as Christine was also not close to her “stepdad.”
Paedon used the term “stepdad” instead of designating David as his mother’s boyfriend. This created several controversies. Evidently, he might be hinting that Woolley is already a step closer to becoming his stepdad now as Christine is engaged to him.
