Amid all this, fans saw Christine getting emotional before her wedding because of her daughters. The latter planned something really special and heart-touching for their mother before they handed her over to David. What is it all about?
Sister Wives: Christine’s Daughters Make Her Emotional Before Her Wedding
It was evident that Christine Brown wasn’t the only one who was happy about her marriage. Her daughters were way more excited and decided to surprise their mother with some emotional gifts.
During a recent sneak peek from the Sister Wives wedding special, Mykelti, Ysabel, and Aspyn surrounded Christine. They revealed that they had something for her. Aspyn then explained in her confessional about the German tradition of giving “something borrowed, something blue, something old, something new” for prosperity.
Hence, they decided to stick to this tradition and got something for Christine. Aspyn first came up with sparkling white shoes that had pennies stuck at the bottom. She then gave the matriarch a beautiful chain that had Christine’s wedding date and letters “C & D” engraved on it.
Aspyn also handed over her special earrings from her own wedding day to Christine and fulfilled the “borrowed” part of the tradition. Amid all this, Mykelti also gifted her a “cake-cutting set” that she used in her marriage with Antonio Padron.
Aspyn explained that the Sister Wives star kids wanted to watch Christine having the “biggest and most special wedding” ever. Hence, they made sure that the latter had everything to start her happily ever after on a good note. Ysabel admitted that they wanted to send Christine with a “good step, or a good foot” to her new life with David Woolley.
Sister Wives: Christine Overwhelmed By Her Daughter’s Thoughtful Gesture!
Christine Brown wasn’t expecting such an emotional surprise from her daughters. She couldn’t control her excitement and was overwhelmed. It was due to this thoughtful move that will feature in the upcoming Sister Wives special episode featuring her wedding.
Christine admitted in an exclusive clip by People, “I knew my girls were excited about me getting married, and they’re excited for David.” She continued, “I didn’t expect them to be this excited.” The celeb admitted that her daughters wanted to have a “good time” watching her walk down the aisle.
This shows the bond that Christine shares with her daughters. Moreover, fans felt that it was also a sign that her kids had wholeheartedly accepted David and were really happy with her wedding.
Though Christine and David have already walked down the aisle in October 2023, their wedding special will be officially airing on Jan. 7. Part two of the segment will premier on Jan. 14, and viewers aren’t able to wait for it.
