This would have made each night’s cost at the Airbnb around $1222 minus taxes. However, the actual amount is much less.

We all know that Airbnb’s prices depend on weekdays and seasons. On average, Christine’s Moab home will charge its renters around $140. Renters will have to stay for a minimum of two days. Kids are charged no additional fee, and there is also a game zone for them. However, an extra $140 for cleaning and $59 as an Airbnb fee exist. This fee structure and facilities do not accommodate pets.
Christine’s home is a perfect place for retreat and relaxation. It has spacious three bedrooms with two and a half bathrooms. It also has a two-and-a-half bath area. Eight guests can easily fit in the home. It also has a pool and hot tub equipped with all the required amenities.
The Moab home cost the couple $676K, and they have decided to make a business out of it. However, on weekends, there is a different rate chart.
