Seeking Sister Wife has been a popular show in TLC. Only after the success of Sister Wives with Kody, Meri, Janelle, Christine and Robyn, did the network realised the audience’s intrigue over people with plural families. Hence, they created a show showcasing polygamy among different families along with their highs and lows.
While fans are already familiar with some of the clans that have already starred in the previous season, they will get introduced to more families. This would mean double the drama and struggles while establishing the dynamics. So, who all are joining the new season of the show?
Seeking Sister Wife: Three New Families Joining The Show! Who Are They?
While the new trailer for Seeking Sister Wife showed many rapid clippings from the upcoming season, new families got spotted in it. One of them is going to be ‘The Ryan Family’ with Becky and Justin. They already have a girlfriend who is having trouble adhering to the unconventional lifestyle. They will also meet a new woman, Yary, in the new season. While she will get along with Justin, the new episodes will showcase her having an issue with the concept of polygamy.
The trailer also featured ‘The Sherwoods’ with Shane and Ashley expecting their first baby. They are going to have another member joining them i.e., a second sister wife. But the issue remains that this mystery woman only prefers Ashley’s presence in her life and not Shane. Long story short, it would indeed be intriguing to see the three of them figure out a middle ground.
While there is not much information about the ‘The Salauddin’ family, the trailer featured them. It had snippets of the primary couple talking about “jealousy.” Then a fight broke out between them and a potential sister wive regarding the concept of “approval.” All in all, the glimpses of these families in the Seeking Sister Wife trailer just assured the audience that they will definitely be brining a whole lot of chaos and drama in the show, adding to the entertainment quotient.
Seeking Sister Wife: The Davis Family & The Merrifields To Return!
While the Seeking Sister Wife fans remain excited to meet the new families, some old cast members are set to return too! One of them is going to be the Merrifields. The previous season featured how Garrick and Danielle wanted Roberta from Brazil to join their brood but at last the latter ditched them after the courting phase, seemingly being uncomfortable with polygamy. In the new season, they have another Brazilian woman Nathalia joining them. But will she commit to this lifestyle?
The Davis Family is also returning to the show. When Season 4 ended, Jennifer was pregnant with Nick’s child. At the same time they had a commitment ceremony to welcome Danielle in their clan. The new season showcased how the polygamist wants to add more wives in his family despite there already being three and the Sister Wives looked hesitant for that to happen.
