Duncan Larcombe revealed, “They’ll have rallied around her, especially her young family.” He added, “In times like this for Kate, it is hugely important. It is crucial that the children are looked after carefully.” Mind you, it’s not just the kiddos they are also looking out for. They are also there for Prince William, treating him like their “adopted son.” Moreover, Larcombe mentioned that Carole and Michael are “desperately upset” about Kate’s diagnosis.
And, get this: the mum of Princess Kate has always taken pride in being a grandmother and will not slow down anytime soon. She expressed, “I want to run down the hills, climb the trees, and go through the tunnel at the playground.” Additionally, Carole just wants to cook, dance, and go on bike rides with the little ones until she can. Since the Princess permanently moved to Windsor, her folks have been clocking in serious grandparents’ hours.
Carole and Michael are based in Berkshire, England, which is just a 40-minute drive from Windsor, making them always close by. To top it off, the parents of Princess Kate managed to devour more time after selling their party supply company, Party Pieces. Carole founded the company back in 1987.
