Prince Harry Took A Stand For Meghan
Long-time royal family fans know that Meghan’s African-American heritage became a centre point for many critics. This took a toll on Markle’s mental health which made Prince Harry terrified. As per reports, Prince Harry was scared that Meghan would leave him if all of this continued. However, in 2016, after their relationship became public, Harry defended his now-wife in a letter to the media.
The letter read that Prince Harry is worried about Ms. Markle’s safety and should not have been subjected to such a storm. Harry’s letter had been live on the Royal Family’s website, but the link has been inactive since the end of 2023.
While speaking to GB News, royal commentator Angela Levin said, “It was interesting in 2016, I went to see him, and I was told by one of his aides, ‘Be very, very careful because he’s just written a letter and he’s terrified that Meghan’s going to leave him.” They told Levin to be very careful or else he’ll throw me out.
Levin added, “That’s what the issue was; he was terrified that Meghan was going to leave him. It was love at first sight from his point of view. Now that the letter is gone he’s very cross because he felt it should be against the press.” As of now, the Duke and Duchess of Sussex are living in California with their two kids.
