Prince Harry and Prince Seeiso also stressed their motto, ‘forget-me-not,’ which Sentebale means in Sesotho. They also thanked the artists who contributed their creations to support the charity’s work. They aim to nurture sustainable solutions for a brighter future in Lesotho and Botswana. Additionally, Seeiso reflected on Harry’s involvement since Sentebale’s inception.
“Prince Harry was a young man, straight from school,” said the Prince. He also acknowledged the Duke’s tremendous growth and unwavering zeal to marginalised youth. Furthermore, Seeiso lauded Harry’s passion for “vulnerable” children and orphans. “I’ve seen him do all these other initiatives because I think it is driven from a place that is deep-rooted.” The Duke wants to make a difference!
By the way, Africa is very dear to Prince Harry, and his connection runs deep. During his visit to Botswana in 2015, The Duke revealed that the Dark Continent is the perfect place to visit. Soon, he embarked on vital conservation efforts to support those in need. Apart from Sentebale, he engaged himself in initiatives like the 500 Elephants project, which relocated elephants to safeguard their future. There are a bunch of them out there by which Harry underscores his dedication to preserving Africa’s natural heritage. Whoa, kudos to the Duke! Are you a fan already?
