Prince Archie’s birth certificate has caught the attention of the royal fans due to one key detail. Prince Archie’s Birth Certificate’s Details Missing
Prince Harry and Meghan stepped down from royal responsibilities in 2020 and moved to the US. The Duke and Duchess gave birth to their daughter there. Ever since, both brother and sister have been kept away from the public eye.
After Prince Archie’s birth, royal fans quickly saw the publicly available birth certificate and noticed something unusual. Meghan gave birth to him on May 6th, 2019, at Portland Hospital, and fans pointed out that the word ‘Prince’ is missing from his certificate.
The official document lists Harry as ‘His Royal Highness Henry Charles Albert David Duke of Sussex,’ a title that notably omits ‘Prince.’ This error disturbed many, particularly because William and Charles were referred to as ‘Princes’ on their children’s birth certificates. Evidently, on the birth certificates of Prince William’s kids, he is identified as ‘His Royal Prince William Arthur Philip Louis Duke of Cambridge.’
Along with this, Prince Archie’s birth certificate also revealed the unknown information about his birth. It confirmed that Meghan gave birth to him in a hospital, which contradicted the reports that she is going for a home birth.
Prince Harry and Meghan Stage Managed Son’s Birth
As per a royal expert, Prince Archie’s birth was stage-managed for Harry and Meghan’s comfort. While speaking to The Sun’s Royal Exclusive show, photographer Arthur Edwards MBE said that he remembers clicking pictures of all the other royal babies.
However, he told the host on the day of Prince Archie’s birth that they were led to believe that Meghan had gone into labor at two o’clock. But, in fact, the child was already born.
Edwards said, ‘When Prince Archie was born, that was another, in my view, disaster – I knew we were not going to get a picture of him.’ Harry’s baby was almost teething before the media got to know that he was born. The whole media industry was led to believe that it was a home birth. But in reality, it was in a hospital. He concluded by saying that the whole thing was stage-managed to suit the Duke and the Duchess.
