According to the police report, officers noted that Corey had bloodshot eyes during the arrest. They detected a strong odor of alcohol coming from his vehicle, leading to a DUI charge against him. Rick built his pawn shop all by himself, with his deep knowledge of history. Now, the entire empire is on the verge of collapse.

Officers also asked him to perform a field sobriety test, which he allegedly failed. They then requested a breathalyzer test or blood sample from Corey.
