OutDaughtered Mom Danielle’s Pregnancy!
Fans of OutDaughtered know well that Danielle Busby faced a tough battle with infertility. However, the good news came sooner than expected. In 2015, Adam and Danielle conceived through intrauterine insemination. On April 8, 2015, Danielle gave birth to the quintuplets via Caesarean section at just 28 weeks into her pregnancy. Naturally, their arrival made headlines, leading to the Busbys signing a contract with TLC.
The Quints
Adam and Danielle shared an adorable picture of the quints right after their arrival. Notably, the OutDaughtered star delivered all the babies with the help of a dedicated medical team. At that time, Dr. Alexander Reiter, who was Danielle’s doctor, praised her resilience throughout the tough process. During that time, Danielle also expressed her gratitude. She said, “We are so thankful and blessed. I honestly give all the credit to my God. I am so thankful for this wonderful hospital and team of people here, they truly all are amazing.”
At One Year Old
The famous Quints celebrated their first birthday on April 8, 2016, marking a significant milestone in their lives. OutDaughtered star Danielle and Adam are no strangers to the challenges of raising six daughters. However, their struggles intensified after the arrival of the lovely quints. In an interview with Inside Edition, Adam explained that even stepping out of the house became a huge issue.
On a positive note, Danielle added, “It’s been fun being able to capture our memories, our life, how much they’re changing — they change so quickly.” The couple recognizes that they are an extraordinary family and deeply appreciates the addition of quints into their life. They emphasized, “We wouldn’t change it for the world.”
When The Quints Turned Two!
While Adam and Danielle thought life with the quints was chaotic from the start, the real trouble began when they turned two. The mother of six d described the quints as being in “full force.” Danielle initially believed they had more time because the quints were born prematurely. However, she quickly realized that peace was hard to come by.
Although Blayke’s calm attitude provided some relief, the quints’ energetic and “chaotic” brains often disrupted the OutDaughtered family’s peace. She explained that having five babies in “close-up quarters all the time” was simply “the nature of the beast.” Understandably, the quints caused huge challenges as toddlers.
When The Quints Turned Three!
Now, how can we forget the time when the quints turned three? OutDaughtered fans truly saw how talkative young girls can be, especially when there are five of them. During a car ride with their father, Adam, the quints began talking about the type of smoothies they could make. Evidently, Adam barely contributed to the conversation. He joyfully talked about this time, explaining how he could just sit back and watch them make up their own stories. He also mentioned that the quints had started roleplaying in games, showcasing their vivid imaginations.
Busby Quints At Four!
In the blink of an eye, the OutDaughtered quints turned four. During this fun age, Danielle and Adam noticed a competitive fire inside of their daughters. On their fourth birthday, they took the girls mini golfing. The couple also mentioned that they were looking for more “sporty activities” to channel their daughters’ energy. They described the girls as a “little tornado” at this age.
At Finally Five
The lovely Busby quints turned five in 2020. Fans who had watched them grow since birth found it to be emotional. Speaking about raising the quints, Adam first took the opportunity to praise his wife, saying, “I have the awesome experience of doing life side-by-side with arguably the strongest person on the planet.”
Adam also discussed his efforts to raise his girls in a male-dominated society. He emphasized his goals to nurture strong, confident, and brave daughters who would never be scared or intimidated to stand toe to toe with any man for opportunities in life. He added that he wants his daughters to break the “gender barriers.”
Struggling At Six
Only a year later, the quints turned six. At that time, Danielle became more vocal about her health struggles. She admitted to having slowed down while her daughters became more independent in life. OutDaughtered fans know about Danielle’s health issues after giving birth to the quints. Understandably, it is not easy giving birth to five children, that too four months earlier. She mentioned having a routine of seeing doctors due to her struggles with her nervous system. The reality TV star is also dealing with inflammation and issues related to her weight.
Quints Turn Seven!
After turning seven, the OutDaughtered Quints joined elementary school. Reflecting on the past two years since the quints started school., Adam mentioned that their schedules have been packed every week. “They’re in second grade, so we are in go-mode Mondays through Fridays,” he said. He noted that their usual morning routine has changed drastically, adding that they are now “self-sufficient.” The reality TV star added that his daughters start their morning by making their own breakfast.
They’re Eight!
The quints celebrated their golden birthday on April 8, 2023, when their ages matched the day of the month. Danielle took the opportunity to pen an emotional message for them on Instagram. “Happy Golden 8th Birthday my beautiful little quintuplets! Mommy is so PROUD of each one of you!” she wrote. “Y’all are a true blessing and a reminder daily of how big are God is!!” the post added. For their special day, Ava Lane, Olivia Marie, Hazel Grace, Riley Paige, and Parker Kate wore pink skirts with golden sparkles in the bottom, along with white tees with “Eight” printed in gold.
Ninth Birthday!
This might be hard to take in, but the Busby quints are now nine years old. They turned this significant milestone on the same day as the 2024 total solar eclipse, which passed over North America, including Mexico, the United States, and Canada. Danielle described their birthday as a “day to remember” on Instagram. In the post, she expressed her happiness, referring to them as “a little miracle.” She added, “I couldn’t imagine life without each of you.” Danielle attached an image of the quints with their backs to the camera, pointing at the sky.
