Adam and Danielle are returning with their six daughters for a new season of OutDaughtered. TLC has already released the trailer for season 4, and fans are excited to watch the family of eight again. But they still have some questions.

Fans saw the trailer and thought the family seemed to live in a bigger house. So they wondered if the Busbys had shifted to a new home. Some fans also wondered if the family moved away from Texas to another city. Read the article to find out.

OutDaughtered: Are The Busbys Still Living In Texas?

As a family of 8, the Busbys need a big house to live in. After years of searching, they found their perfect home in Texas. Adam and Danielle met back in Louisiana in 2003, fell in love, and got married. The pair then moved to Texas in 2006, and that’s where they settled with their big family.

During the show’s first season, the OutDaughtered couple moved to a bigger home with their family. But the move wasn’t without its financial strains, as Adam was the family’s sole earner. The family settled into the house soon, and the girls grew. But in the future, a big problem came their way. Adam and Danielle discovered a mold infestation in their home. The problem started in June 2019 when the couple learned their daughter Ava had difficulty breathing.

Adam and Danielle sought medical care. But the problem was much deeper. So, they called a mold inspector for further examination. The “results” were “terrifying.” The OutDaughtered couple learned the mold had “covered” the “whole upstairs.” Ava and Olivia’s room was in a “really bad” shape. So, the family had to move out as the home went under repairs. They moved into a rental home in Texas, which had a backyard.

It turns out that everything ended well as the OutDaughtered family fell in love with the rental. They purchased it but also made some renovations. So yes, the family is still living in Texas. However, Adam and Danielle’s bedroom is under renovation, as the latter had posted about in February 2024. She revealed she was “SLOWLY” making the room into “a Modern Moody Bedroom.” Michelle Mimi Theriot, i.e., Grandma Mimi, had helped the couple purchase the home.

OutDaughtered: Adam & Danielle Reveal Their “Biggest Challenge”

The Busbys are back for a new season after a two-year break. Adam and Danielle face the challenge of balancing the different stages of their children’s development. But there is a big challenge for the OutDaughtered couple this season. Their eldest daughter, Blayke, is 13 and is experiencing ups and downs in adolescence. On the other hand, the quintuplets are asserting their individuality as they grow into “big kids” with distinct personalities.

Adam and Danielle will try to juggle their children’s evolving needs and schedules. These will vary from school to extracurricular activities. Parenting six kids has its challenges. But the couple will try to find a balance between “parent(ing)” and not “being mean or hurtful.”

Danielle also mentioned that the dynamic between Blayke and the quintuplets has shifted. Blayke is in high school, and the quintuplets are younger. While they used to play together, there’s now a noticeable divide. Blayke sees herself as the older sister and is now setting “terms” of the relationship.
