After two years of craving some Busby drama, fans of TLC’s OutDaughtered might finally get to watch the family back on screens. The previous season of the popular show ended in mid-2021. Since then, no new episodes have been released. And as time passed, fans began to wonder whether this means that the reality series is canceled. OutDaughtered: Adam & Danielle Finally Ready To Film 2-Years After Their Break?
The Busby fam has never lived a dull day. Indeed, the last few years have been quite adventurous for them. They’ve been on multiple trips, fought many health battles, and faced some tough teen and preteen dramatic days. Sadly, not everything that happened these past few years will be on the next season. This is because Adam and Danielle had already announced that they were taking a break. They took to their various social media platforms to confirm that they wanted some time off from filming. The OutDaughtered couple also confirmed that this doesn’t mean that their show has been canceled.
As of now, it seems like the Busby pair is done with their break. They recently dropped some major hints related to their return. For once, Adam has dropped some mysterious pictures of his kids with cameras around them. The most recent one featured Hazel and Parker Busby holding a professional camera and equipment. Their dad did not explain the picture and left fans confused. Previously, he posted a picture of Ava Busby holding a camera. Aside from these cryptic images, even Danielle Busby once teased that her family has a “big surprise” planned for everyone in 2023.
On the other hand, Adam recently shared a video on his IG stories. He was filming himself with his phone, and as he moved the camera around, we got to see him and Danielle sitting on a couch. Well, the couch was placed on a set, and the OutDaughtered stars seemed to be filming. The setting looked identical to the confessionals that TLC films for its shows. This was another major hint that the Busbys have been filming, and Season 9 could be on our screens anytime soon.
OutDaughtered: What Will Happen In The Next Season? When Will It Release?
Now that OutDaughtered Season 9 could be returning to the TV screens, a lot of fans wonder what will happen in it. First off, it’s hard to say exactly when the Busbys started filming for the show. If they did last year, there are a bunch of things we’re sure would be a part of the coming installment. This includes Adam and Danielle’s eldest daughter Blayke’s baptism. Her mom had posted quite an inspirational picture of this big day, and fans were excited to know more about the same.
On the other hand, Danielle has been struggling with Blayke’s teenage tantrums, which could also be a part of the next season. The Busby mom was also afraid of her future with five of his daughter will hit puberty together, and it would be hard to manage them all. Aside from that, the sweet family has been having a lot of fun, and they even went on a couple of vacations this past year. Even Adam and Danielle went on a couple’s trip, which could form an interesting episode.
Coming to the release date, OutDaughtered Season 9 will likely come out sometime around May or June 2023. This estimated date is based on the premiere schedules of the show’s previous seasons.
