Mike debuted in the show in season 10, and at that time, he was 745 pounds. On the other hand, Chrystal was from season 9 and was 610 pounds. They both had multiple health concerns and sought Dr. Now’s help. So, where are they now?

Wass Schulze was 705 lbs when he first appeared on the show. Dr. Now helped him to jump back on track. With his guidence and help, Wess lost a lot of weight. He also felt confident and felt good.
Wess is so confident now that he shared a shirtless picture a while back. Wess captioned it, “Shirtless bed selfies because I thought I looked cute, and oh yeah.” He further revealed that he lost over 350 lbs. Wess thanked his fans for their support, saying it “truly means the world.”
My 600 Lb Life: Where Are Mike Meginness & Chrystal Rollins After Drastic Weight Loss?
Numerous people in My 600 Lb Life have changed their lives with Dr. Now’s help; Mike Meginness and Chrystal Rollins were no different. At one point, the duo weighed over 600 pounds and could not even perform basic life functions. They had many health issues, but were determined to reach their goals.

Mike wanted to become a professional athlete, but suffered from a career-ending injury in college. After the incident, he started binge eating to deal with his heartbreak. His unhealthy lifestyle ultimately led to obesity, and he weighed over 750 Lbs. He lost 235 pounds via Dr. Now’s bariatric surgery, and at the end of the episode, he was 510 lbs.
On the other hand, Chrystal was bedridden when she sought Dr. Now’s help. She was in such a bad state that she had to use oxygen support regularly. She followed Dr. Now’s instructions, and he was impressed by her determination. By the end of the episode, she had dropped 113 pounds and was at 498 lbs.
Over the years, Mike Meginess has been active on social media and kept in touch with fans. He has completely changed his life and works as a 7/8 Grade Flex Basketball Coach at Bunsold Middle School. He is also an Executive IT support at Northwest Bank. Mike regularly shares photos with his family on his social media account. As a basketball coach, he stays fit and in good shape.
As of now, fans don’t know his exact weight. Chrystal is also active on Instagram. She lost her mother last year. Moreover, she became homeless early in December 2024 and asked fans for financial help. We still don’t know if she is maintaining her weight. She still needs oxygen support.
