Prince Harry And His Motives Put On Backseat: Details!
Prince Harry and Meghan’s trip to Nigeria last month attracted a lot of attention from around the world. However, according to reports and experts, the royal family has not been happy about their unofficial royal tour since they’re not working royals. Furthermore, royal expert Rupert Bell has questioned their motives for their visit. He claims that the focus of their tour seemed to have shifted from the Invictus Games or Archewell Foundation.
Harry and Meghan were seen visiting local schools, military hospitals and sports events with the Invictus Games. This was the first year when Nigeria was also included in the tournament. The Duke and Duchess were invited to Nigeria by the Chief of Defence Staff to visit their country.
While visiting the country, Meghan revealed that she has 43% Nigerian heritage, and the royal expert highlighted that. While speaking to TalkTV, royal expert Rupert Bell said that the aftermath of the Nigerian visit has led to attention on Meghan more than the cause.
He said, “The visit, which I’m sure was deemed to be about Invictus, but all of the fallout from it seems to be about Meghan. Harry’s role in trying to drum up support for Invictus seems to have been put on the back burner.”
Moreover, this was Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s first international tour since stepping down from royal duties. The couple moved to California in 2020 with their kids and left the royal kingdom. In the meantime, don’t miss out on more such royal family updates on TV Season & Spoilers!
