TLC star Whitney Thore never fears speaking against toxic stereotypes. She has always supported women to go with their choices when it comes to beauty and appearance. Recently, she sparked a debate on Instagram by sharing a picture of her hairy legs. The My Big Fat Fabulous star shared a picture of her bare leg in the air as she flaunted her new jewelry.
Whitney claimed that her friend suggested that she should buy the ankle bracelet. Also, she stated that her mother would’ve said, “THE SEXY METER JUST WENT UP 10 FEET.” She was wearing delicate jewelry on her leg and flaunted it in front of her followers. However, Whitney’s unshaven legs grabbed a lot of attention on social media.
Fans started criticizing the MBFFL star, Whitney, for not shaving her leg and called her gross for the same. MBFFL: Whitney Doesn’t Feel The Need To Shave!

Although there is some hair on her body, she does remove hair from her face and the hair “downstairs.” But the TLC star thinks that it’s a “you problem” if someone isn’t comfortable with her unshaved legs. Further, Whitney revealed how it has become a societal expectation for women to wear makeup and shave their bodies.
The popular MBFFL star thinks it’s a personal choice to shave one’s legs, and no one should be forced to do it. Also, Whitney recalled an incident in South Korea when a friend freaked out after seeing her leg hair. But she doesn’t feel like shaving them because she has no boyfriend.
