Mama June Claims Camera Recorded Anna’s Last Wish About Daughters’ Custody
Anna’s ex-husband, Michael, has sued Mama June in court for the legal custody of Kaitlyn. Kylee is already living with him, and now he is aiming for her sister as well. He is trying to prove in the court that he is the only one who has been a part of the star kid’s life for the longest and has an “independent” relationship with her.
But it seems that Shannon isn’t ready to give up. She has dragged Anna’s last wish to the court and claimed that her daughter wanted her to have custody of Kaitlyn. The Mama June celeb is confident as WeTV cameras have documented everything, and soon it will be on television as well.
In a conversation with Thesun, Shannon stated that now the world will hear everything from Anna’s mouth. She explained how her wishes are what matters at the end of the day. The Mama June matriarch stated that many of her daughter’s vulnerable moments have been captured, and it would be a hard season to watch.
As per June, one such moment was when she talked about Kaitlyn and Kylee’s custody, which ended up clearing all the ongoing “confusion” in the court. This came after Shannon had already stated that Michael has no “legal ” rights over Kaitlyn, and the star kid wants to be raised by her biological family.
Mama June: Michael’s Attorney Claims They Haven’t Seen Any Footage Yet
Mama June seemed to be confident and was making claims about Anna’s last wishes. But it appears that Michael and his attorney aren’t intimidated by them at all. The latter recently opened up about the same and admitted that they had heard about Shannon’s statement of having Anna’s footage.
As per Michael’s attorney, Shannon has been claiming this for a while now. He added, “But we’ve seen no documents and no footage of anything.” He further explained that this is a legal case that would take place in a “courtroom” and won’t be played as a “reality TV show.”
The noted attorney concluded, “We’ve not seen any official documents or any even informal documents that pertain to her decisions.” This came after June had already accused Michael of taking Kaitlyn for “money.”
Shannon stated that this was the first time when Anna actually stood up to all of them and even talked to Michael about the same. However, she wondered how better it would have been if Anna had sorted this matter in her lifetime. But Shannon admitted that it was a really hard thing for her daughter to do.
