Mama June is trying hard to be with her daughter at every stage of her cancer battle. The mother-of-four revealed Anna’s medical condition at the beginning of the year. The entire family has been visiting Anna in the hospital as well as at home to take care of her. She was diagnosed with Adrenal Carcinoma and went for chemotherapy two months ago. The reality TV celeb has completed four rounds of chemotherapy now. Mama June recently opened up about Cardwell’s condition with Entertainment Tonight.
Shannon revealed how it feels like an emotional rollercoaster ride for her. June confessed that Anna’s stage 4 cancer is terminal, and the family knows it. Further, the other daughters expressed that their sister is always on their minds and she’s not going into remission. Anna claimed that her daughter is handling it all pretty well. The 28-year-old mom of two is now considering options for immunotherapy or clinical trials after completing her chemotherapy.
Shannon went on to claim that her daughter is doing pretty well. Also, the cancer is very aggressive and is growing rapidly on the left side of her body. Mama June went on to say that she had accepted this unforeseen circumstance and revealed taking it one day at a time, as anything could happen. However, she also revealed about Anna’s kids, Kaitlyn and Kyle. According to her, the eldest daughter doesn’t leave her mom’s side at all.

The entire family of Mama June recently had a chat with ET. June’s other daughters, Alana and Lauryn, also talked about their sister’s diagnosis. The entire family is trying to put on a brave face amidst Anna’s cancer battle despite its stage. Lauryn revealed that her sister was doing “OK” after therapy. She could walk herself to the grocery store and drive herself to pick up her kids from places as well. Further, Pumpkin claimed that Anna has been able to bounce back really quickly after losing all her hair from chemotherapy.
Further, Alana stated that her elder sister does get tired sometimes, but she was doing pretty well. Then, Mama June says that it felt crazy to think that Anna might not be there in the coming five years. However, the family is pretty hopeful that she might stretch it to 10-20 years.
