There is now a grave history associated with Roloff Farms. Matt always had a dream that his kids would take over one day. He wanted them to carry on the legacy and even talked about it on Little People Big World. But things changed as Jeremy and Zach became adults. They were the only ones who remained interested in living there.
But Matt instead wanted his sons to buy some acres off of him instead of selling it to them. At last, Jeremy and Zach gave up on this dream after not being able to afford it. So, the patriarch put 16 acres of land on sale not once but twice in the last two years. But it looks like he finally decided to take it off the market for sale! What made him do so?
LPBW: Matt Unsuccessful At Selling Roloff Farm TWICE Even After Major Price Drop
Matt Roloff owns as much as 109 acres of property at his pumpkin farm. His sons Jeremy and Zach used to be vocal about taking over and carrying on the Roloff legacy. They even voiced this on LPBW. But things didn’t fall in their favor. As of now, they are living in different properties with their family members and raising their kids. So, Matt put the family farm on sale.
In 2022, Matt shocked everyone by telling them he wanted to sell 16 acres of farmland along with the big house where all the Roloffs lived at first for $4 million! After the property was on the market for many months, there was no luck. So, the LPBW star came up with another plan for the place. He turned the family house into a vacation rental for $2,600 for three nights.
Even after that business took off, Matt hadn’t had his fill. In August, he yet again made a shocking announcement and re-listed the same 16 acres for sale for $ 3.395 million. But as of the latest update, he has taken it off the market again. Yet, Matt has made no official announcement revealing why he decided to do such a thing. Fans are eagerly waiting to know the reason behind this.
