LPBW: Matt Roloff’s Production Company Shuts Down!
It seems that the LPBW star Matt Roloff is really busy building his “dream house” for his future with Caryn Chandler that he isn’t focusing on his long-term businesses. Evidently, he started his own production company with his ex-wife Amy Roloff in 2006. It was named R6Productions, Inc and reportedly was a successful venture. But as per the current reports, it is no longer in existence because the Oregon Secretary of State dissolved its business license. This happened in October 2022 because Matt did not file an annual report.
As Matt and Amy opened it together, the latter became the secretary of the company. However, she was removed from the post in 2021 after she divorced Matt. In addition to that, TheSun recently revealed that Matt Roloff is yet to file the Annual Report of the Roloff farms. As per the Oregon Secretary of State, he had to submit the report by February 10, 2023, if he wanted to keep the business license active. Matt happens to be the president and the secretary of the venture that is definitely in jeopardy of being dissolved. If he doesn’t rectify things as soon as possible, there is a fair chance that the license will dissolve as the date has already passed.
