LPBW: Matt Roloff’s Rental Business Tanked? Attempts To Sell The Farm Again!
Noted face from TLC, Matt Roloff has had his plate full lately. Not only is he preparing for the upcoming pumpkin season, but he is also building a dream house for Caryn on the farm. Amidst all this, new reports claim that he is re-selling his 16 acres of farm again. Well, he had decided to turn the big house into a vacation rental almost five months ago. But he now wishes to sell his farmland for $3.3 million by taking down the earlier price by $700k. After this revelation, LPBW fans wondered if Matt’s vacation rental business tanked.
Well, things aren’t adding up. That’s because Matt had announced via his Instagram a few months ago that the rental business was going well. In fact, LPBW fans had booked the property for more than half of this year. Hence, the star’s intention to re-sell isn’t making sense to the viewers. So, they are now waiting for an official confirmation from Roloff to understand why he took this decision to re-sell. Like his post from May 2022, Matt is willing to sell 16 acres of the property, which will include the big house, the red barn, Molly’s castle, and the boat. The trip advisor stated that fans were booking the place as a rental before for $1,280 per night.

Popular star from Little People Big World, Matt Roloff, dropped a bomb by revealing his intentions to sell the farm in 2022. He allegedly took this decision with a “heavy heart” when his sons Jeremy and Zach couldn’t buy it. In fact, his ex, Amy Roloff, also got upset at her ex-husband for not letting their kids carry on the Roloff legacy. Many LPBW fans also thought that it would be wrong for a random stranger to be buying the property when it was meant for the family. Matt did mention that he was having a hard time making the sale.
Roloff revealed that his realtors mentioned that fans had seen the property on TV for many years. It didn’t appeal to them in the long run, as they were aware of every nook and crook of it. That’s when Matt made up his mind about turning his big house into an Airbnb. He announced it for the first time during the Pumpkin season. Then, after a few months, fans could book the place for a short-term stay. But now, Matt immediately decided to put the farm on sale again as per a listing from August 2, 2023.
