The LPBW star started it in 2015, and it dealt with “speaking engagements,” “publications,” and “TV production events.” Well, a latest update by TheSun revealed that the TV star filed the Annual Report for the venture in September 2022 to keep it active. This act will further prohibit the Oregon Secretary of State from dissolving the company.
Matt’s “speaking engagements,” as mentioned above, include raising awareness about his “dwarfism,” i.e., diastrophic dysplasia. Because of this, the LPBW star has overcome many challenges and has also undergone many surgeries. He has spoken about this on national television, at conferences, and even at universities. The revelation about Matt’s annual report suggests that Matt Roloff Media is still going to be in business. However, the State Secretary has already dissolved some of his other businesses due to the lack of an annual report.

Well, it looks like the State Secretary of Oregon dissolved his very successful venture R6 Productions, Inc. The castmate started it with his now ex-wife, Amy Roloff, in 2006, i.e., the same year their show LPBW debuted on TLC. But the state dissolved the company and its business license as Matt failed to file its “annual report.” This happened back in October 2022.
Amy had become the secretary of R6 Productions. But she quit the post back in 2021. Speculation suggests that the couple made this decision after their divorce from one another. Well, this production company doesn’t produce their show Little People Big World. Apart from this, Matt’s farm is in trouble too. That’s because the star is yet to file for its Annual Report as well.
