Little People Big World: Matt Impresses Amy & Chris With His Wedding Toast!
TLC just released a promo from the awaited special wedding episode. It featured Matt Roloff charming the soon-to-be-wed couple in his unique way. Matt said he still prepared a toast for his ex Amy and her new man despite not being invited to the wedding. He explained that he often comes up with “corny little” toasts for special occasions and came up with one for this event.
In his short and sweet toast, he said, “Cheers to you two. We hope you never feel blue. A beautiful bright future, Is waiting for you”. Matt, Amy, Chris, and his girlfriend Caryn were present during this moment, and all of them cheered for him. Moreover, the Roloff patriarch appreciated his ex even more by calling her a “wonderful mother to their four kids”. He also complimented his ex’s soon-to-be husband by saying he “appreciates him being in her life.”
Matt has been the person with a heart of gold for fans. Not only did he offer Roloff farms for free as the couple’s wedding venue, but he also worked very hard to get it ready for the big day. You don’t get to see past lovers be so considerate and warm towards their exes. Hence, fans love the TLC star for defying all those rules for Amy. He even shares a great bond with Chris, and the two of them get along well despite the awkwardness of the circumstance. The newest TLC celeb never shies away from mentioning how much he appreciates Matt, too.
Little People Big World: Why Matt & Caryn Weren’t Invited To The Wedding?
Despite the four of them sharing a pretty harmonious relationship, Amy didn’t want Matt and his girlfriend, Caryn, at her wedding. During an interview with UsWeekly, Amy’s husband revealed that the whole event would have made the kids awkward. The kids he was referring are Jacob, Jeremy, Zach, and Molly. They simply wouldn’t have known whom to support among their two parents. Instead, it would have confused them.
Moreover, even Matt understood the reason behind this and had no problem standing by it. In fact, he handed over the keys of the farm to the couple with ease. The Little People Big World star then took off to Arizona with his partner for their mini-vacation. Amy and Chris’ ‘Happily Ever After’ TLC special will premiere on 9 November.
