Matt Roloff has not had a good run in Little People Big World in the last two seasons. TLC depicted his feud with son Zach Roloff regarding the future of the Roloff Farms. While the latter wanted to carry on the legacy by buying a portion of the family property, his father let the deal fall apart. Matt argued that Zach wasn’t a good fit. The LPBW fans didn’t like seeing such tensions in the family.
Many of them began to wonder if the Roloffs would return for another reason or not. Back in October 2022, Matt had stated that there was no confirmation about renewal, but he was hoping for the best. Well, Matt Roloff’s prayers got answered! He recently took to his Instagram to reveal that filming is taking place. In a new post, the LPBW star put up pictures of his farm in the middle of a snowfall. One of the shots had heavy camera equipment.
While the LPBW patriarch didn’t confirm via words whether the show was in production, the pictorial proof was enough for the fans to celebrate and rejoice. Now, they are waiting for an official confirmation from TLC, too, to be certain that Roloffs will definitely return with a Season 25.

At first, the LPBW fanbase was worried that TLC might just cancel their favorite show. Well, another famous castmate, Tori Roloff, had mentioned that her family’s time on the show was “nearing.” Soon, lots of theories took over the internet that there would be no more new seasons. But Matriarch Amy Roloff has nullified these rumors. Well, this happened during her heart-to-heart interaction with her fans in a live session. The star confirmed that the TLC crew was indeed filming with her.
But Amy Roloff was quick to state that she still didn’t have a “contract renewal.” Therefore, she wasn’t sure whether TLC would greenlight her family for a new season. In any case, the star told her fans to “watch out” as she herself was waiting for an official announcement. Despite this, Amy “assumed” that she and the rest of the castmates would most definitely make a return with one more season. However, it is too soon to say when the new season will release.
While Matt and Amy have revealed that they have been filming, there have been no updates regarding this matter from Zach and Tori.
