Things had always been tough for Amy and Matt, even when they were married to each other. Once things got messier, the Little People Big World couple got separated and have been divorced since. As of now, both of them are dating different people, and Amy is even getting married to the love of her life, Chris Marek. Amid this, the soon-to-be-married couple has been in contact with Matt Roloff and his girlfriend Caryn Chandler throughout. The four of them maintain a formal relationship.
However, now that Amy and Chris are getting married on Matt’s farm, the LPBW patriarch thinks that things are about to get awkward. He even mentioned an upcoming explosion before the big wedding. Hence. here’s all you need to know about it.
LPBW: Matt Thinks There’s An Explosion Coming Before Amy’s Wedding! Calls Her A “Bridezilla”
Amy Roloff’s big wedding day is coming closer and closer now, and the preparations have also begun. The latest episode of Little People Big World’s new season features Amy and Matt discussing the flower arrangements for her special day. However, Matt also talks about his future with his ex-wife. The show producers ask him whether it gets awkward in planning and working with Amy now. Well, Matt replies, “the awkwardness is yet to come.” This is because the TLC star knows how tough his ex can get at times.
Roloff further adds that there haven’t been any fireworks yet. However, knowing how he and Amy are, Matt believes that “there’s an explosion ahead.” Now that the wedding planning has begun and it’s going to be held at his farm, the LPBW patriarch adds that things will likely go “kaboom!” at some point. Later on, Matt also talks about the “controlling” behavior of his ex-wife. He thinks things could be easier between them, but Amy “came in hot” to discuss the wedding. So, he adds that someone like Amy can be easily labeled as a “bridezilla.”
Amy Discusses How Her Current Relationship With Matt Is Better Than Their Married Life
A lot of things have changed between Little People Big World stars Matt and Amy since they got divorced, and rightfully so. Now they maintain a formal relationship and have been working together because Amy’s wedding is being held at her ex-husband’s house. Well, even though things have been better between them, the LPBW matriarch still seems to have plenty of grudges against Matt. So, she never fails to point out that things are awkward and weird between them. However, at one point in the latest episode, the ex-couple seems pretty compatible while planning for the ceremony.
Well, Amy thinks that it feels funny to have such (healthy) conversations with Matt because it’s her ex. But, going back in memory, the TLC celeb thinks that her previous conversations with her then-husband could’ve been better if they were as healthy and simple as now. On the other hand, she thinks that the ex-couple feels a lot more at ease with each other now. This is because Matt doesn’t feel accountable to anybody. Besides, she doesn’t have to worry about anything or shut down.
