For the last few weeks, LPBW alum Audrey Roloff has been promoting ISR lessons as her kids are taking them. Well, for those who don’t know, this practice is a product of ongoing development in the area of aquatic survival of young children and infants. In simple words, this practice generally intends to train kids to be able to save themselves if they fall in a waterbody. As of today, there are varying opinions on the practice because, as per the American Academy of Pediatrics, there is currently no evidence that infant swim programs for infants lower their drowning risk.
On the other hand, there are plenty and plenty of parents around the world who have said that such programs have actually saved their children from accidental drowning. Well, Audrey and her celebrity husband Jeremy believe in ISR programs and have been promoting them as much as possible. In the previous couple of weeks, Audrey posted several stories of her kids, four-year-old Ember and one-year-old Bode, taking these sessions. However, the young mom got a lot of hate for her opinion and one of her recent stories.
Little People Big World: Fans Disguested As Audrey Laughs While Bode Shouts For Help!
Audrey has received all kinds of messages in support and also against her opinions for ISR lessons. She’s shared them both in her stories, and it seems like the audience is split into halves. Well, a lot of people have acknowledged that the practice could be helpful to save a child. However, they also say that it’s hard to watch their kids shout, cry and yell for help during the lessons. Even in the stories that Audrey was posting, her son Bode was crying his heart out to stop. Many fans that saw this story expressed that it was way too painful to watch, even for them.
However, fans pointed out that during these stories, as Bode shouted to stop, his mother was laughing and chuckling as she probably thought it was cute. She was also saying things like “good job” and “you’re doing great” during the lessons. Yet, people still say that it’s a little too distressing to laugh looking at your child in that condition. As of now, people still have varying opinions about infant swim programs. What do you think about ISR? Can you watch your kids in so much pain for their safety?
