King Charles III was earlier expected to visit the Land Down Under in October later this year. He is to attend the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) in Samoa starting in October. Since Australia is part of the Commonwealth, it hails the British Monarch as its head of state. Moreover, the PM of Australia displayed this very sentiment in his statement last month. Anthony acknowledged how the King had been there for Aussies during natural calamities.
He revealed how everyone in Australia is rooting for King Charles III through his health battle. Additionally, the PM added, “The King, Queen, and members of the royal family are always welcome in Australia.” Their government is even in talks with states and territories about options for the visit. Furthermore, a royal source told PEOPLE that the British Monarch and his team are brooding over a summer schedule.
They feel more upbeat because of the King’s first-class cancer treatment. Apparently, the King Charles III is “positive,” and his doctors “are optimistic.” Since the news of his cancer diagnosis hit the world, Charles has been keeping a low profile.
