It’s been a while since Gypsy Rose served seven years out of her ten-year prison sentence. The star came out on parole. She has been navigating her life at full throttle. Her divorce from Ryan Anderson made headlines. That’s because she immediately announced her reconciliation with her former lover, Ken Urker. Then, in July 2024, they also announced their pregnancy.
In her show Life After Lockup, both Ken and Gypsy addressed how their lives changed after the announcement. The latter began saying how she got the tag of being a “loose woman” or a “h*e.” In fact, there was a lot of opinionated trolling that came her way. Gypsy addressed one of the most hurtful things she heard people say. Some wanted her to have her tubes tied.
In fact, people wanted Gypsy’s tubes tied as a part of the parole. They believed that the trauma she endured over the years because of her mom meant that she wouldn’t be a good mother. Hence, they didn’t think she should have kids. Gypsy admitted that seeing so much backlash really hurt her feelings. But she still decided to look at things positively.
Gypsy concluded by saying that “at some point,” the cycle has to end. She believed she could “break that.” Viewers appreciated this wonderful sentiment.
