General Hospital viewers saw that in the Friday episode, someone stabbed Ava with a hook. This led to Ava ending up in the hospital, fighting for her life. Now, the biggest question is, who stabbed Ava like this? There are many people on the suspect list right now, and we weigh on who would have done that. We have to say; it was a chaotic night in Port Charles. Everyone was up to something. While someone was mingling with their potential love interests and others were fighting for their lives. So, who could have done this? Here is what we think.
General Hospital: Esme Prince
The first person on our list is Esme Prince. Yes, yes, Esme is supposed to be dead, but this is General Hospital, and dead people come back to life all the time on the soap opera. So, it is very much possible that the person who stabbed Ava was none other than Esme. GH viewers keeping up would know that Ava recently pushed Esme off the parapet after their heated discussion. Keeping that in mind, it is very much possible that she would have returned from the dead only to avenge everything that Ava put her through.
Ryan Chamberlain
Next on our list is Ryan Chamberlain. Right now, Ryan is in Spring Ridge and not able to move. However, many General Hospital fans believe that all of that is a facade, and Ryan is very much able to move. Now fans are speculating that Ryan must have escaped from Spring Ridge, and now he is after Ava to avenge his daughter’s death. However, there is a small loophole there because everyone knows that Ryan has been obsessed with Ava for the longest time. Not only that, the person who stabbed Ava is a left-handed person. So, we will have to wait to see if General Hospital takes this route.
General Hospital: Elizabeth Webber
Further, General Hospital fans speculate that this person could also be Elizabeth Webber. Viewers know that Liz is dealing with mental health issues, and she isn’t the sanest person in the town right now. In fact, the spoilers suggest that in the upcoming episode, Liz will not have any memory of one hour or so. She wouldn’t know where she was or what she really did. Could she have become violent and stabbed Ava?
Spencer Cassadine
Then, the General Hospital spoilers for the upcoming week of August 29, 2022, suggest that Nikolas will start suspecting Spencer of trying to kill Ava. In the recent episodes, Spencer came to know that Nikolas slept with Esme, and this enraged him more than he could handle. While he disowned his father, he was also angry at Ava. Viewers know that people can do insane things when they are mad. So, it is possible that Spencer would be so angry that he ended up stabbing Ava.
