Is Esme Pregnant?

She wanted Spencer to find the pregnancy test box. She might fake her pregnancy in order to keep Spencer with her so she can continue with Ryan Chamberlain’s plan. There’s also a possibility that getting pregnant for real might become a part of the plan later on.
General Hospital spoilers suggest that the box Spencer finds out is unopened, which means Esme has to take the test. Nevertheless, Esme will do anything to manipulate Spencer after his latest discovery. In the end, Sonny will agree to help Curtis. General Hospital fans know Sonny is looking forward to his surveillance project with Brick soon, so he will consider Marshall’s mission. Further, there’s a chance that Sonny will tell Curtis that it is none of his business when it comes to Nina Reeves.
