General Hospital viewers recently got to see a new character come into Port Charles. This character was Esme Prince, played by Avery Kristen Pohl. The character showed up in the August 16, 2021 episode as a nurse. Now, for all the fans who are desperate to know more about this character, Pohl has opened up. The actress recently took onto Instagram to post a picture and thank everyone for the opportunity.

Sharing a picture of herself, the point at the GH logo on a wall, Pohl asked everyone to look out! She says that Esme has made it to Port Charles. The actress is wearing a mask, but she assured her fans that her face is Ecstatic under it. She revealed that she was absolutely thrilled to join the cast of General Hospital. As soon as Pohl posted this update, her castmates seemed to be really excited and welcoming. Sydney Mikayla (Trina) cheered the new addition with a “Woo hoo!”. Joining her in the comments section was William Lipton, who commented a yayayayaya. Eden McCoy (Josslyn) commented with a “Here we goooooo” Nicholas Alexander Chavez (Spencer) did not hold back either. He exclaimed with an Oh Yeahh!

As for her storyline, all we know is that she has been working with Spencer to destroy Ava and Nikolas’s marriage. But, she took it too far when she burned down Ava’s car. So, that might cause issues. As suggested by Soap Opera Spy, it is also speculated that Spencer and Esme are dating. Then, how will Trina fit in this situation?
