The latest General Hospital spoilers suggest that Anna might soon take some extreme measures to save Finn. GH viewers know that Anna and Finn had gone to the freezer to find Peter’s body. However, it wasn’t there. So not only was Anna after solving the mystery, but the police are also investigating Peter’s disappearance.

What Did Finn Do?
General Hospital viewers would recall that Finn was the one Peter had planned to poison. However, because of the mixup in the drinks, Chase ended up taking the poison. After this, Finn struggled to save him. Peter had an antidote that would prevent Chase from dying, but that wouldn’t just cure him. Finn kept trying to find the cure but failed. In the meantime, Peter played mind games with Anna before he gave the antidote.
After all of this, Peter decided to leave Port Charles, leaving Chase to die. That is when Finn lost it all. He decided to go after Peter to stop him from escaping the town. Both of them were on the GH terrace when they got into a heated confrontation. Finn’s anger got the better of him, and he pushed him down the stairs. He sat distraught when Elizabeth came into the scene. She then checked Peter’s pulse and declared that he was dead.
After Finn and Liz realized that Peter was dead, they couldn’t move his body because they would get caught. So, they decided to keep his body in the abandoned basement of General Hospital. Although Finn was dealing with the guilt for the longest time and planned to come clean. However, in the end, he decided otherwise.
General Hospital: Anna Knows The Truth
After searching for long, Anna found Peter’s helicopter driver- David Hopkins. She interrogated him and came to know that someone was on the roof with Peter. From the appearance as described by Hopkins, Anna realized that this person was Finn. So, after coming back to Port Charles, she confronted Finn, who then came clean. He even took Anna to the basement to show her Peter’s body.
However, there was a twist when the body was missing from the basement. Anna started quizzing Finn about the missing body. But he just gave her the logical answer. On the other side, the police will not stop there. They will continue to ask more questions. What would happen then?
Anna Takes The Blame?
General Hospital spoilers suggest that when the police start suspecting Finn, Anna might take the blame upon her. She had also told that while Anna might be able to save Finn, she will end up compromising and possibly incriminating herself.
The only reason why Anna is ready to go to such extents is that she personally feels responsible for the devastation that Peter has caused in Port Charles. She feels especially more guilty because Chase is fighting for his life. So, could Anna take the blame on herself? Would she tell the police that she murdered Peter? There is a possibility for that.
